This page explains how orders placed through KamagraDeal.UK are prepared, dispatched and delivered.
Please read this information before placing an order, particularly if you require delivery by a particular date.
1. UK dispatch location
UK orders are dispatched from London, United Kingdom.
Our principal delivery partner for UK orders is Royal Mail.
Available delivery services may vary depending on the destination, order and options displayed at checkout.
2. Our working days
Our normal working days are:
Monday to Friday
We follow England and Wales bank and public holidays.
Saturdays, Sundays and applicable bank/public holidays are therefore not counted as normal working days when calculating order processing and dispatch times.
For example, if Monday is an England and Wales bank holiday, the next normal working day will usually be Tuesday.
3. Daily cut-off time
Our current order/payment cut-off time is:
12:00 noon UK time, Monday to Friday
The cut-off time is used when determining which working day an order enters the dispatch process.
Orders or cleared payments received after 12:00 noon will normally be treated as received on the next working day.
Example:
An eligible payment received at 1:30 PM on Monday will normally fall into Tuesday’s processing period, provided Tuesday is a normal working day.
The cut-off time may occasionally be changed. The current information displayed on KamagraDeal.UK should therefore be checked when ordering.
4. Bank-transfer payments
Many orders are paid by bank transfer.
An order cannot normally move forward for dispatch until payment has been received and identified.
If a bank-transfer payment is received:
Before 12:00 noon on a working day:
the order may enter that working day’s processing cycle.
After 12:00 noon:
the payment will normally fall into the next working day’s processing cycle.
Delays caused by the banking system or by missing/incorrect payment references may delay identification of a payment.
5. Orders showing “Processing”
When an order has reached Processing status, this normally means that payment has been received and the order is being prepared for dispatch.
Under normal circumstances, a Processing order is expected to be dispatched on the next working day.
Occasional exceptions can occur because of stock, address verification, operational issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. UK delivery services
Depending on availability and the option selected at checkout, UK parcels may be sent using services including:
Royal Mail Tracked 24
A tracked Royal Mail service intended for relatively fast delivery after dispatch.
The service name does not mean that delivery at an exact time or on an exact date is guaranteed unless Royal Mail expressly provides such a guarantee for the particular service.
Royal Mail Tracked 48
A tracked Royal Mail service generally intended for delivery within a longer timeframe than Tracked 24.
Delivery time begins after the parcel has been dispatched, not when the order was originally placed.
Royal Mail Special Delivery
Where offered, Royal Mail Special Delivery may be available for customers requiring a faster or time-sensitive delivery service.
The exact terms of the service shown at checkout or provided by Royal Mail will apply.
7. Processing time and delivery time are different
Please distinguish between:
Processing/dispatch time – the time required for us to receive payment, prepare the order and hand it to the delivery service.
and
Delivery time – the period after the parcel has been accepted by Royal Mail or another delivery provider.
For example, choosing a faster postal service does not automatically eliminate the order-processing period before dispatch.
8. Tracking information
Where tracking is available, a tracking number may be provided after the parcel has been dispatched.
Tracking information may not update immediately after dispatch. In some cases, the first update appears only after the parcel has been scanned into the postal network.
Tracking information is supplied by the relevant delivery provider.
9. Weekends
Saturday and Sunday are not normal KamagraDeal.UK working days.
An order received or paid for during a weekend will normally enter processing from the next working day.
For example:
Payment received Saturday → processing begins from Monday
provided Monday is not an England and Wales bank holiday.
10. Bank holidays
Bank and public holidays in England and Wales may affect:
- payment processing;
- order preparation;
- dispatch dates;
- postal collections; and
- delivery times.
Where a bank holiday falls immediately before or after a weekend, the resulting non-working period can be several days.
Customers ordering around Christmas, Easter and other public holidays should allow additional time.
11. Delivery estimates
Delivery times shown on the website are estimates unless a specific postal service expressly guarantees delivery.
We cannot guarantee that an estimated delivery date will always be achieved.
Postal delays can result from matters including:
- unusually high parcel volumes;
- weather;
- transport disruption;
- Royal Mail operational delays;
- local delivery problems;
- bank/public holidays;
- incorrect or incomplete addresses; or
- other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
12. International delivery
International orders may be sent using an appropriate tracked international delivery service where available.
International delivery times vary considerably depending on destination.
Customers should allow additional time for:
- international transport;
- customs procedures;
- local postal processing;
- public holidays; and
- delays within the destination country.
International delivery estimates should therefore be treated as approximate.
13. Customs and import requirements
Customers ordering outside the United Kingdom are responsible for checking whether the products ordered may lawfully be imported into their destination country.
Customs authorities may inspect, delay, refuse or otherwise process international parcels according to local law.
Any import taxes, duties or other charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.
14. Delivery address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.
Before submitting an order, please check:
- recipient name;
- house or flat number;
- street;
- town/city;
- postcode;
- country; and
- any other information required for successful delivery.
15. Changing a delivery address
If you notice an error in your address, contact our Help Desk as soon as possible.
We may be able to amend a delivery address while an order remains in an eligible pre-dispatch status.
Once an order has been dispatched, changing the delivery address may no longer be possible.
Submitting an address-change request does not guarantee that it can be completed if the parcel has already entered the dispatch process.
16. Incorrect addresses
If a parcel cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to wait for the parcel to be returned before determining whether reshipment or another resolution is possible.
Additional postage costs may apply where a new shipment is required because of an address supplied incorrectly by the customer.
17. Delayed parcels
A parcel arriving later than the estimated delivery timeframe does not necessarily mean that it has been lost.
If tracking is available, please check the tracking information first.
If there has been no meaningful tracking update for an unusual period, contact our Help Desk with:
- your order number; and
- tracking number, where available.
We can then review the shipment information and determine whether further investigation is appropriate.
18. Parcels shown as delivered
If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, please check:
- the delivery address;
- your letterbox;
- any safe place;
- other household members;
- neighbours where appropriate; and
- any Royal Mail delivery notification.
If the parcel still cannot be found, contact us so that the delivery can be investigated.
19. Missing parcels
Where a parcel appears to have been lost in transit, an investigation may need to be completed with the delivery provider before a replacement or refund can be determined.
A late parcel is not automatically considered lost.
Royal Mail or another carrier may require a particular period to pass before they will classify a shipment as lost.
20. Damaged parcels
If your parcel or its contents arrive materially damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please keep:
- the products;
- original packaging;
- outer shipping packaging; and
- postal labels.
We may request photographs to help verify the damage and investigate the matter with the delivery provider.
21. Delivery charges
Delivery charges depend on the service, destination and options available when the order is placed.
The applicable delivery charge should be shown during checkout before the order is submitted.
Optional premium services may cost more than standard delivery.
22. Orders containing multiple items
Where practical, items from the same order will normally be dispatched together.
In some circumstances an order may be divided into more than one parcel.
If multiple parcels are used, separate tracking information may be supplied where available.
23. Unexpected disruption
Occasionally circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect processing or delivery.
These may include:
- severe weather;
- postal disruption;
- transport interruption;
- technical failures;
- unusually high demand;
- public emergencies; or
- interruption of services provided by third parties.
Where possible, we will continue processing affected orders and provide relevant information to customers.
24. Refunds, returns and delivery problems
Questions involving:
- returns;
- refunds;
- damaged products;
- missing items;
- refused parcels; or
- returned-to-sender shipments
are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy:
https://kamagradeal.uk/refund-and-returns-policy/
25. Contact us about a delivery
